Settlla exists to make transparent, fair, and secure renting the norm not the exception. We bring landlords, tenants, and agents onto one accountable platform where the process is clear and documented.
Our vision
We see a future where finding a home across the continent feels as dependable as opening your banking app—guided, verified, and calm. Settlla exists to make that future the baseline: one platform, consistent protections, and a rental experience people recommend without hesitation.
Settlla is designed to create a clearer record of rental interactions, property information, documentation and transactions. Where disputes or suspected fraud arise, our processes are designed to support appropriate review and escalation through relevant professional or legal channels.
Property information, documentation, conversations and transactions are kept together, so everyone involved can see what was agreed.
Agents must demonstrate authority to market the properties they list through Settlla before those listings go live.
Settlla works with legal professionals to support tenancy documentation and provide guidance around the rental transaction process.
Settlla is currently validating its rental marketplace in Kaduna while building renter demand and professional-agent supply across selected markets including Abuja and Ilorin. We plan to expand city by city as we establish sufficient local demand and supply.
